    Happy Hump day!! - Today officially starts our 12 Days of Christmas for our challenge group!! - I love love love this time of year!! - I will share some of the fun "gifts" the challenge group receives over the next 12 days! - Follow along for some Holiday Fun with us!! - Have a great day and get some movement in!!
    It’s the week after Thanksgiving...we tend to feel a large range of emotions as we go through this week. • “I ate too much...I’m going to restrict my food (under eat), do endless cardio, sleep less so I can workout more, etc.” • And these are just a handful of “solutions” people come up with! • Don’t punish yourself for your Thanksgiving eating this week! • Instead, get right back on track. Eat healthy (make sure to get your protein, complex carbs, and fruits & veggies in), drink your water, exercise, try to move your body more throughout the day, and get adequate sleep! • Stay consistent and don’t worry...your body will be back to feeling like itself shortly!
