Terms and Conditions for Memberships Packages
- Payment is required to schedule an appointment.
- All memberships follow a monthly schedule. The start date of your month will be listed on your sign-up paperwork – each monthly period begins on the 1st of every month (on the first of every month, the previous month’s remaining sessions will be lost and your new sessions for the month begin). If you purchase the program in the middle of the month – your first month will be pro-rated.
- All sessions must be used within the specified month. Sessions do not roll-over to the next month (any sessions not completed by the end of the monthly period are lost and considered forfeited)
- Memberships require a 1-month cancellation notice. To cancel your membership, you must fill out a cancellation form. A cancellation form cannot be filled out within the first week of membership. You are required to pay for one additional month after signing the cancellation form. By purchasing a membership package, you agree to follow all of the terms and conditions listed on this document, as well as, the “Client Application and Purchase Agreement” document.
- You can switch membership options with 1-month prior notice:)
- All purchases are final. There are no refunds.
Terms and Conditions for Individual Packages
- Payment is required to schedule an appointment.
- Packages expire in 3 months (sessions must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase or are lost and considered forfeited)
- By purchasing an individual package, you agree to follow all of the terms and conditions listed on this document, as well as, the “Client Application and Purchase Agreement” document.
- All purchases are final. There are no refunds.
Terms and Conditions for Group Packages (including online challenge group training)
- Payment is required to schedule an appointment.
- Packages expire in 3 months (sessions must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase or are lost and considered forfeited)
- Please make sure you have common available training times with the people in your group. Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC is not required to provide you with a person(s) to group train with but will help if we can. If you are interested in group training, but do not have a group – please contact Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC with your availability and we will let you know if we have been contacted by a match for you. If you purchase a group package prior to group confirmation and a group cannot be formed to meet purchased package requirements, the amount you purchased will be credited to you to use towards another Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC service or product.
- By purchasing the group package, you agree to be present at as many scheduled sessions as you can. You also agree that you are responsible for any missed sessions and understand you will not be able to have any missed session refunded or rescheduled. All missed sessions are considered forfeited and lost.
- By purchasing a group package, you agree to follow all of the terms and conditions listed on this document, as well as, the “Client Application and Purchase Agreement” document.
Terms and Conditions for Online Challenges/Packages/Programs
Online challenges/packages/programs are entirely online. Communication is through email and/or private Facebook group (if part of a challenge). Unless purchased separately, the online programs do not include any in-person sessions. (In person sessions can be purchased and added to the online packages). Online challenges/programs must be used in a continuous manner/timeline that is based on the purchased package. For example: If you purchase a 4-week customized program, you will receive a new weekly plan each week for 4 weeks. On your 4th week, you will need to purchase another package to continue with your training, nutrition, etc.
Scheduling Policy
To reserve a time slot, training fees must be paid in advance for the sessions scheduled. If it is necessary for a client to cancel a session, notification must be given to Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC 24 hours prior to the session. Failure to do so will result in the client being charged for that session. We understand that some circumstances are inevitable. In situations, such as emergencies, charges may be dismissed, or you may be able to reschedule. This is at the discretion of Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC. Call, text, or email to give notice of absence or discuss rescheduling.
Payment Policy
Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC accepts checks, most major credit cards, debit cards, and cash as payment for sessions and products. Please make all checks payable to Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC. All payments and sales are non-refundable. A returned check fee of $30 will be charged to your account for any insufficient funds. All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Late Payment Policy
If you are late on payment, you cannot schedule sessions until payment is made in full for any past due amounts and on file for future sessions.
Tardiness
Instructors/Trainers will wait 30 minutes past the appointed session time for clients to arrive. After the 30 minutes have passed, the instructor/trainer will consider it a forfeit of the session. We understand that problems arise, and it is at the final discretion of Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC whether to charge or dismiss a session.
Instructor Vacations, Conferences, or Illness
It will be necessary for your instructor/trainer to take some personal time throughout the year. Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC will do our best to provide you with notice in the event of an absence. During any instance of absence, we will work to ensure sessions, programs, expiration dates, etc. are adjusted as seen fit by Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC.
Referral Policy
We know that once you have experienced the style and effectiveness of training with Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC, you will want to share us with all of your friends! To show our thanks and appreciation, if you refer a friend that purchases a membership package or an 8 session or more individual or group package, we will reward you with a free training session. (referral must purchase a membership package or an 8 session or more individual or group package to receive credit)
Cancellation Policy
If you should choose to cancel/discontinue your training, a 1-month notice is required for memberships. You will be required to pay for one month after cancellation notice but will still be considered an active member and can redeem your purchased sessions during that month. If you choose to discontinue immediately, you will be required to provide the payment for the following month as well as any unpaid balance for training, other services, or products, and all remaining sessions will be considered forfeited.
Vacation, Injury, Illness Policy
Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC understands there may be times throughout the year that you need personal time/vacation time. In the case of a vacation, injury, or illness, you can request to use your 1 week sick/vacation freeze period. You can claim a 1 week freeze period once every 3 months. Freeze periods do not roll-over. You are given 1 every three months – if you don’t use that freeze period during the 3 months, it is considered forfeited. The 1 week freeze period is a 7 consecutive day period that cannot be split up into individual days, etc. For more details on this 1-week period, contact Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC directly. If a longer period of time is needed, please contact Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC to discuss other options.

When you utilize our website and/or services, including when you sign up for a membership or package, explore the site, contact Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC, you agree to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. All information collected by Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC from sources including, but not limited to, the website, emails, in-person, messages, etc. will be kept safe and not shared without your consent. If in the future you use an app/third party working with Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC, please review their privacy policy as well, as Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC is not responsible or in control of other parties.

You should consult your physician before participating in any of Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC’s nutrition or exercise programs.
There are always health and safety risks with any exercise or nutrition program, for both healthy and unhealthy individuals. It is possible you could become injured doing the exercises in your program, especially if the exercises are not performed correctly. Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC will do our best to provide explanation for exercises. Participating in Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC’s programs does involve a risk of injury (as does other exercise programs). All documents and information included or exchanged between the client and Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC are that of Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC’s and are not to be copied, shared, sold, or redistributed without consent of Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC.
RESULTS AND EXPECTATIONS
Even though services and products from Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC are created to be completely followed, they are not always followed and could result in lack of results or progress. Following the programs completely should result in progress and great results. However, even when the program(s) is followed completely, a client might not obtain the results/progress they hoped for or were expecting due to issues out of Brittnee Ann Fitness LLC’s control.
