BA Lean Challenge

This challenge is a 5 week program that includes weekly workouts, macronutrient coaching, and cardio suggestions to help you lean out.  The cardio and macronutrient goals will be based on your goals (ex: how much you want to lean out, your schedule, etc.).    I programmed this challenge and have experienced positive results from the program myself!
