My name is Brittnee Ann, and I am a fitness and nutrition coach. I have been training clients since 2011 as a certified personal trainer, competed in my first bikini competition in 2013, and received my certification in sports and fitness nutrition in 2014. My undergrad was initially pre-med that eventually became full-on science. Having both a pre-med and science background provides me with a unique perspective on fitness and nutrition.
I am excited to tell you more about myself as I share my journey and knowledge with you. Here you will find a variety of programs, as well as customized nutrition and training plans, workouts, healthy recipe ideas, and tips for being successful. My programs and plans are for all levels of fitness – whether you are a beginner or have been training for years! I will work to help you reach your goals and become the best version of yourself!
