I started working out with Brittnee right before my 21st birthday. I was 145 lbs-most I had ever weighed at that point. I had never even lifted a dumbbell and was to insecure to wear a tank top to the gym. Brittnee never judged or made me feel uncomfortable. We started slow and built up from there. With her exercise plan and change in my diet. 6 months later I was down to 126lbs, going to the free weight room in the gym comfortably, and wearing tank tops again!
