This program is a 3-week program that includes strength, cardio, and core. There will be 2 Summer Sizzle Switch-ups this year. This program will provide us with a switch-up from our normal challenges! The goal of this program is to motivate you to get up and moving, help you learn to live an active and healthy lifestyle, and help you connect with other program members. The workouts are designed to help burn calories efficiently and include a mixture of strength, cardio, core, and many combination exercises. I created this program and included exercises I have tried and had success with. Keep in mind, to get the best results from any training program, it is important to realize that nutrition and training go hand in hand. - Workouts can be completed with dumbbells)(optional: medicine ball, kettlebell, resistance bands, etc.
