BA Strong Volume 5

This program includes 7 weeks of training with a total body split –  composed of 4 strength workouts (for weeks 1, 3, 5, and 7) and 6 strength workouts (for weeks 2, 4, and 6).  I programmed BA Strong Volume 5 and have had personal success with this program.  This strength program is also part of the BA Spring Challenge and has great success rates.  Keep in mind, to get the best results from any training program, it is important to realize that nutrition and training go hand in hand.  I offer multiple nutrition plans that can be paired with training programs.

 

This Program Includes:

*7 Weeks – Weekly Total Body Strength Splits

*50 Page Detailed Strength Program

*36 Strength Workouts – Including: Upper Body, Lower Body, Biceps/Triceps, Chest/Back, and Shoulder Workouts

*All exercises can be done “At Home” – some exercises require gym equipment, but exercises that require gym equipment have an “At Home” alternative exercise

*Program utilizes periodization and will include specific sets and rep ranges with weekly changes

*Exercise List with detailed descriptions of each exercise in the program
