BA Spring Challenge 2021

This program is a 6-week challenge that includes strength, cardio, and core workouts. The goal of this challenge is to motivate you to get up and moving, help you learn to live an active and healthy lifestyle, and add a little friendly competition to your life. I created this program and included exercises I have tried and had success with.
