BA Holiday Hustle 2020

This program is a 4-week challenge that includes strength, cardio, and core workouts.  The goal of this challenge is to motivate you to get up and moving, help you learn to live an active and healthy lifestyle, and add a little friendly competition to your life.  I created this program and included exercises I have tried and had success with.  Keep in mind, to get the best results from any training program, it is important to realize that nutrition and training go hand in hand.  If you would like to add macronutrient coaching or meal plans to your challenge, message me and I will send you a discounted link:)

Program Details/Includes:

  • Start Date: November 23rd
  • 4 Week Workout Challenge: Including more than 45+ Total Workouts (workouts can be completed with dumbbells)(optional: medicine ball, kettlebell, resistance bands, etc.)
  • Strength Workouts
    • Including Upper Body and Lower Body Workouts
    • Mini-Strength options
    • An Exercise List with detailed descriptions and instructional videos of each exercise
  • Cardio Focused Workouts
    • Provided rep and time ranges, a specified number of sets, and detailed descriptions of how to perform each workout and exercise
  • Core Workouts
    • With listed rep ranges, specified number of sets, and detailed descriptions of each exercise
  • Weekly Training Logs – to keep track of workouts and points
  • Fit Test Fridays to test progress! (optional)
  • Mile/5K Time Trials and PR Challenges (optional)
  • Program will help you learn/understand how to create a weekly split
  • Prizes will be awarded at the end of the 4 weeks (the winners will be drawn at random – each week your name will be put into the drawing for being active, reaching goals, etc.)

  • Due to the Covid-19 restrictions – we are unable to offer in-person group training in the studio. Please message me for information/options on group zoom sessions.
  • Since we cannot offer group sessions – we will be offering discounted personal training sessions (at Fit Studio)
