BA Fall Challenge 2017 (apartment/limited equipment)

This program is a 6-week challenge that includes weekly strength programs, as well as additional total body, cardio, and core workouts.  The goal of this challenge is to motivate you to get up and moving, help you learn to live an active and healthy lifestyle, and add a little friendly competition to your life.  I created this program and included exercises I have tried and had success with.  Keep in mind, to get the best results from any training program, it is important to realize that nutrition and training go hand in hand.  I offer multiple nutrition plans that can be paired with training programs.  If you would like to add macronutrient coaching to your 6 week challenge, you can do so at a discounted rate (8 weeks is typically $170, but with the challenge you can purchase it for $150).  To add the macronutrient coaching to your challenge, email britt.ann.fitness@gmail.com after you purchase the challenge – and I will send you a link with the discounted rate.

 

Program Details/Includes:

*6 Week Workout Challenge: Including 57 Total Workouts (some workouts require gym equipment/machines)

*A 6 Week Strength Program: BA Strong Volume 2 – A 46 Page Strength Program

  • 36 Strength Workouts + 3 Additional Strength Workouts
  • An Exercise List with detailed descriptions of each exercise

*11 Cardio Focused Workouts

  • 4 Cardio Workouts, 4 Cardio and Core Workouts, 1 Cardio + Total Body Workout, 1 Cardio + Lower Body Workout, and 1 Cardio + Upper Body Workout
  • Provided rep and time ranges, a specified number of sets, and detailed descriptions of how to perform each workout and exercise

*7 Core Workouts

  • With listed rep ranges, specified number of sets, and detailed descriptions of each exercise

*Weekly Training Logs – to keep track of workouts and points

  • There will be 2 – 6 categories (category examples: Most Weight Lost, Most Inches Lost, Most Points Earned, Cardio Junkie, Meat Head, Most Visible Changes, etc.)
  • Prizes will be fitness related (prize examples: shakers, supplements, protein bars, water bottles, etc.)

*Program is designed for all fitness levels – (a suggested number of workouts are provided for beginners, intermediate, and advanced individuals)

*Program will help you learn/understand how to create a weekly split that evenly works all muscle groups
