This kit includes a 4-week and a 6-week challenge. The challenges include strength, cardio, and core workouts. The goal of this challenge is to motivate you to get up and moving, help you learn to live an active and healthy lifestyle, and help you connect with other challenge members. During the first 4-week challenge we will work as a group to become stronger, faster, and healthier as we kick off the new decade! The second 6-week challenge we will work as a group to hold each other accountable and stay consistent as winter comes to an end! I created this program and included exercises I have tried and had success with. Keep in mind, to get the best results from any training program, it is important to realize that nutrition and training go hand in hand. – Part 1: 4-Week Challenge:
