BA Bloom into Spring 2021

This program is a 4-week program that includes strength, cardio, and core. This program will provide us with an at home challenge as we take on the challenges and changes that life continues to throw at us with Covid-19. And help us as we work to get ready for sunshine and warm weather so we can bloom into spring! This is a switch-up from our normal challenges and can be done completely at home! The goal of this program is to motivate you to get up and moving, help you learn to live an active and healthy lifestyle, and help you connect with other program members. The workouts are designed to help burn calories efficiently and include a mixture of strength, cardio, and core. I created this program and included exercises I have tried and had success with. This program will also include Zoom/Live Video Workouts! We may have to practice social distancing, but we don’t have to do it alone! Keep in mind, to get the best results from any training program, it is important to realize that nutrition and training go hand in hand. Program Details/Includes:

  • 4 Week Training Program
    • Workouts can be completed with dumbbells (optional: medicine ball, kettlebell, resistance bands, etc.
    • Start Date:
      • Monday, February 22nd
  • 6 Workouts Each Week
    • Including Total Body, Upper Body, Lower Body, Cardio, and Core Workouts
    • Live Video Workout Sessions 3X per week showing and explaining the way to properly perform each exercise
    • *If you can’t make the live session – it will be saved on Facebook and added to our group page for you to refer back to
    • Provided rep and time ranges, a specified number of sets, and videos of the workouts
    • For non-live workouts – an Exercise List with detailed descriptions and instructional videos of each exercise
  • Program is designed for ALL fitness levels – modifications are provided:)
  • Weekly Training Logs – to keep track of workouts (optional)
  • Weight and Measurement Check-ins (optional)
  • Unlimited email access for questions, weekly training logs, progress updates and check-ins, etc.
  • Private Facebook Group (program members can motivate and connect daily:))
